The fourth of the Quality Improvement Plan 2023 Monitoring Meetings was held with the participation of administrative unit managers under the chairmanship of Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ramazan Bayındır, Vice Chairman of the Quality Commission. The meeting, which was attended by our Secretary General Ragıp Akyürek, Quality Commission Members, Quality Coordinators, Department Heads, Consultants and Managers, was held on 19.09.2023 at the Rectorate Meeting Hall.
In the opening speech of the meeting, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ramazan Bayındır, Deputy Chairman of the Quality Commission, emphasized that the improvement activities to be carried out by the administrative units of our University in cooperation with the Institutional Coordinatorships are critical for the sustainability of the Institutional Accreditation success and reminded that the remaining period of the year should be well evaluated within the framework of the deficiencies determined by the Quality Improvement Plan 2023 Monitoring Meetings. Stating that alternative solutions can be produced for various obstacles encountered in quality improvement studies, Prof. Dr. Ramazan Bayındır pointed out that the studies initiated within the scope of the QIP must be finalized. Our Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ramazan Bayındır, Deputy Chairman of the Quality Commission, stated that sensitivity should be shown to the issues expressed as aspects open to improvement in the Institutional Accreditation Report, and gave the floor to the administrative unit managers to make their presentations.
At the 4th session of the Quality Improvement Plan 2023 Monitoring Meetings, Secretary General Ragıp Akyürek, Head of Internal Audit Unit İsmail Mallı, Head of Student Affairs Department Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Mavi, Press and Public Relations Manager Lect. Erhan Aydoğdu, Head of IT Department Asst. Prof. Dr. Zafer Ayaz, Head of IT Department Arif Özdemir, Scientific Research Projects Unit Manager Murat Karakaş, Revolving Fund Management Manager, Legal Counselor Attorney Zühal Dimen, Aydın Kayaer, Head of Administrative and Financial Affairs Department, Head of the Library and Documentation Department Lect. Nur Uzun, Deputy Secretary General and Head of Personnel Department Mehmet Ali Özkan, Head of Health, Culture and Sports Department C. Metin Uygur, Head of Strategy Development Department Yusuf Kütük and Head of Construction and Technical Department Lect. Hacı Doğan informed the participants about the improvement activities carried out in the first six months of 2023 within the scope of the Quality Improvement Plan and Institutional Accreditation Report. The Quality Commission Quality Improvement Plan Meeting, where new improvement activities for the quality assurance system were decided, ended with wishes and requests.
